GOOD QUESTIONS
You’ll need a compatible display with HDMI, a Media Link player and power. We’ll confirm your display requirements when preparing your setup.
The player creates its own temporary setup Wi-Fi. Join it with your phone and choose your venue’s network. If the setup window doesn’t open automatically, use the address on the display. Ethernet is an alternative.
Ethernet and standard Personal Wi-Fi are the simple setup options. Networks with certificates, a web login or special addressing need an IT conversation before installation.
Start with image/video playlists, messages and compatible websites. For live streams, USB media, background music or video walls, we’ll agree and test the content and hardware combination for your installation.
Already downloaded supported content can keep playing locally. New publications arrive when the connection returns. Live websites and streams are different: they require their source to remain available.
